Mark Pope Mark Pope is a senior executive with over twenty-five years of leadership successes across a broad spectrum of experience in commercial and public sector service industries. David Hicks A lean leader and long-time quality professional, Dave Hicks offers a unique approach to quality and productivity improvements through implementation of lean methods. Before joining TBM, Dave served Teleflex Incorporated as corporate quality director, global director of quality and continuous improvement, and manager of quality and reliability. At Teleflex, he used his expertise to implement lean in many industries — automotive, aerospace, medical devices, industrial and marine. Since joining TBM, Dave has become a trusted advisor to several large, global clients where he is focused on improving profitability, supporting growth initiatives, driving quality, lead time and productivity, and reducing inventories. |

Michael Serena, Ed. D. Mike Serena has been with TBM for more than 15 years and has held positions of director of consulting and managing director of UK and France operations as well as heading up international TBM LeanSigma Institute operations. A partner with TBM since 2002 and an educational psychologist, Mike is recognized for his expertise regarding site and corporate cultural transition, management development, and new product/process launches. He has lived and worked in the U.S., Europe, India and Japan. |

Keith Yeater An expert in business transformation, Keith has a proven track record for leading positive change in organizations. He has helped many companies achieve operations excellence as a result of his ability to build teams and coach high-potential associates. Prior to joining TBM, Keith served as Vice President of Operations for STAHL/Scott Fetzer Company where he implemented lean manufacturing processes and built the foundation for a sustainable lean culture. He also served as Director of Operations for Ashland Operations, a Pentair Company. At TBM, Keith spends works with senior executives at client companies helping them to successfully execute their strategic objectives through the use of Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and ensures that their continuous improvement initiatives are clearly aligned to strategic initiatives and key performance measures. |

Sunil K. Srivastava Sunil has over 28 years of progressive operations and leadership experience including 16 years at Maruti Suzuki and Daewoo Motors (formerly DCM Toyota). At Daewoo, Sunil was responsible for Manufacturing Engineering. He also worked in executive positions at Motherson Sumi Systems, Lumax, Mag Filters and Polyplastics India. He has worked in many functional areas including: manufacturing, quality assurance, product development, production engineering, marketing and finance.
