	阿南·沙玛(Anand Sharma) 总裁兼首席执行官 TBM 咨询共同创始人阿南•沙玛自公司成立以来就担任公司总裁和首席执行官的职务。阿南是《完美动力：如何利用最少的资源实现按订单生产，从而在新需求经济环境下赢得胜利》(自由出版社，2001年)一书的作者；是月刊《欧洲现代制造业》(Manufacturing Today Europe)的专栏作家，经常在此发表有关商业和经济走势的评论。2001年，他被《财富》(Fortune)杂志誉为是美国制造业的英雄；2002年荣获由美国制造业工程师学会(Society of Manufacturing Engineers)颁发的“唐纳德•伯恩哈姆制造业管理奖”(Donald C. Burnham Manufacturing Management Award)；他是北美制造业精益生产奖委员会(Shingo Prize Academy)的成员。美国的国家媒体经常征求他对商业和新经济的意见，经常在各种集会和会议发表演讲。

	鲍勃·迪恩(Bob Dean) 执行副总裁 - Dploy 及科技方案鲍勃•迪安是 TBM 咨询的共同创始人之一，是公司的行政管理与科技方案执行副总裁，总是处于业务改善领域的前沿阵地。鲍勃曾经帮助公司将精益业务方法与六西格玛进行整合并创立了精益西格玛，并将传统上只在制造业使用的改善工具应用于服务业。

	比尔·雷米(Bill Remy) 执行副总裁 - 国际业务比尔·雷米先生是一位在业务管理和生产运作方面拥有二十五年领导经验的高级管理人才。他的特长主要是在生产运作、供应链、产品开发以及项目管理方面通过实施精益西格玛原理来改善运作绩效。同时，他在航空、国防、铁路、工农业设备、技术和流程自动化等多个行业具有广泛的业务领导经验。比尔曾经领导组建和发展TBM的精益供应链实践部，后来前往英维思公司(Invensys)担任持续改善副总裁，并于2011年再次回到TBM任职。比尔现在担任国际运营执行副总裁的职务，负责开发和扩大TBM在欧洲、中国、印度和巴西的国际业务。

	丹·沙利文(Dan Sullivan) 执行副总裁丹•沙利文主管北美运营，他于1994年加入 TBM 并于 2000年提升为合伙人。在加入TBM之前，丹曾在福特和日产汽车公司工作，他是丰田生产方式的专家，师从日本并建立了日产汽车现场改善体系。在日产汽车公司的13年时间里，他发展和丰富了现在属于精益西格玛组成部分的目视控制、5S活动以及其他方面的内容。

	肯·肯纳曼(Ken Koenemann) 业务开发与市场副总裁肯在以卓越运营成功改善整条价值链的绩效上已有超过 20 年的经验，他开发并发布了 TBM 的精益价值链实践，以帮助客户协调资源和信息流以降低成本、增加销量和利润。今天，他直接与企业高管和私募基金合作，帮助他们改善 EBITDA 表现、压缩流动资金占用、促进业务增长以实现快速见效。

	Mark Pope Vice President-Medical Products and Pharmaceuticals Mark Pope is a senior executive with over twenty-five years of leadership successes across a broad spectrum of experience in commercial and public sector service industries. He is focused on value creation by helping lead global, mid-market and start-up organizations grow and improve performance. Prior to joining TBM, Mark was most recently the Vice President, Business Excellence for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. His background includes leading the design and development of large scale U.S. Federal Government transformation programs. While an executive leader with a top-tier global management-consulting firm, he developed strategic and operational excellence capabilities for several agencies including large scale capability building for clinical operations excellence and performance management across the U.S. Army Medical Command.

	David Hicks Vice President - Consulting A lean leader and long-time quality professional, Dave Hicks offers a unique approach to quality and productivity improvements through implementation of lean methods. Before joining TBM, Dave served Teleflex Incorporated as corporate quality director, global director of quality and continuous improvement, and manager of quality and reliability. At Teleflex, he used his expertise to implement lean in many industries — automotive, aerospace, medical devices, industrial and marine. Since joining TBM, Dave has become a trusted advisor to several large, global clients where he is focused on improving profitability, supporting growth initiatives, driving quality, lead time and productivity, and reducing inventories.

	Michael Serena, Ed. D. Vice President - Medical Products and Pharmaceutical Mike Serena has been with TBM for more than 15 years and has held positions of director of consulting and managing director of UK and France operations as well as heading up international TBM LeanSigma Institute operations. A partner with TBM since 2002 and an educational psychologist, Mike is recognized for his expertise regarding site and corporate cultural transition, management development, and new product/process launches. He has lived and worked in the U.S., Europe, India and Japan.

	Keith Yeater Vice President – Consumer Products, Food & Beverage An expert in business transformation, Keith has a proven track record for leading positive change in organizations. He has helped many companies achieve operations excellence as a result of his ability to build teams and coach high-potential associates. Prior to joining TBM, Keith served as Vice President of Operations for STAHL/Scott Fetzer Company where he implemented lean manufacturing processes and built the foundation for a sustainable lean culture. He also served as Director of Operations for Ashland Operations, a Pentair Company. At TBM, Keith spends works with senior executives at client companies helping them to successfully execute their strategic objectives through the use of Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and ensures that their continuous improvement initiatives are clearly aligned to strategic initiatives and key performance measures.

	Harold Tessman Client Manager, Private Equity Harold leads the private equity practice for TBM Consulting Group, Inc. His expertise includes acquisitions, turnarounds and value chain strategy. Harold has worked as an advisor and as a portfolio company operating executive for a number of private equity firms including TPG, Blackstone, JP Morgan Partners, CD Metropoulos & Co. and Hicks, Tate, Muse & Furst.

	Martial Durin Vice President - TBM China and Asia Pacific As managing director of TBM China, Martial Durin brings more than 23 years of lean experience to his clients. A manufacturing engineer with an extensive background in global manufacturing and business process improvements, Martial has helped companies in Europe, China, Africa and the Middle East to transform their businesses using lean. Prior to joining TBM, Martial was the European Logistics and Manufacturing System Manager for Trane (an American Standard company).

	Richard Holland Vice President - Europe Richard has over 25 years experiencing utilizing operational excellence within the manufacturing sector with direct experience in automotive, aerospace and consumer goods. He brings expertise in supply chain management—in both inbound and outbound distribution channels—as well as freight management, machining, and assembly. Prior to joining TBM, Richard was supply chain director and then divisional vice president of operations at Whirlpool’s Amana Refrigeration plant, with nearly $1 billion in sales.

	Washington Kusabara Director - TBM Brazil With over 20 years of experience consulting and managing in the manufacturing industry, Washington Kusabara has a proven track record of helping his stable of worldwide clients leverage LeanSigma to achieve growth in sales and earnings. Washington has worked with companies in the auto parts, textile, electrical, foods, fertilizer, foundry and car assembly industries. Prior to joining TBM, Washington served as a Manufacturing Director at Mann+Hummel Brazil Ltd Indaiatuba/SP, where he facilitated a lean transformation and oversaw the improvement of quality and production processes at the auto parts plant.

	Mike Latuga Vice President - TBM Mexico A former plant manager with international experience, Michael Latuga has more than two decades of experience in business and manufacturing. Michael developed an expertise in turning around troubled plants throughout the world during his 22-year career with United Technologies/Carrier. He also has broad experience in supply chain management, operations, strategy and implementing continuous improvement.

	Sunil K. Srivastava Team Leader, TBM India Sunil has over 28 years of progressive operations and leadership experience including 16 years at Maruti Suzuki and Daewoo Motors (formerly DCM Toyota). At Daewoo, Sunil was responsible for Manufacturing Engineering. He also worked in executive positions at Motherson Sumi Systems, Lumax, Mag Filters and Polyplastics India. He has worked in many functional areas including: manufacturing, quality assurance, product development, production engineering, marketing and finance. TBM tapped Sunil to leverage his experience in business management and operational excellence to grow its consulting and training business in the Indian marketplace.
