  • Online. An easily accessible and cost-effective way to train more associates on the concepts and applications of LeanSigma principles and basic lean tools.
  • Training Solutions.   Developed to your specifications by LeanSigma consultants who work directly with you to create and deliver a training curriculum that best fits your organization’s culture and training needs.
  • Public Workshops.  A broad selection of skill development and awareness training available for anyone to take on the dates that are scheduled.  Workshops can be delivered in a public setting or in an on-site, private location.  Onsite workshops are a cost effective alternative for those companies who have 10 or more associates to train.
