Private Equity International: Operating Partners Forum

TBM will sponsor the PEI Operating Partners Forum. Harold Tessman, TBM’s private equity client manager, will participate in a workshop, “Transformational Ownership, Moving Beyond 100-Day Plans”. He and other industry experts will discuss the key elements that should be part of the 100-day plan, tools used to develop, track and monitor progress, how to align interests to support to new transformation plan and what to do when the 100-day plan comes to a close. PEI launched this annual meeting last year and attracted over 150 professionals from across the private equity community. It is the industry’s largest gathering of private equity operating partners.
