Pre-Conference: Half-day concurrent workshops from 1:00-5:00pm on Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Pre-conference sessions offer attendees a comprehensive working session on several high-priority topics for an additional fee. Choose one of the following topics:
Multi-track sessions make it easy to select the breakout topic that's right for you. Breakout sessions will be presented in multiple tracks over a two-day period. Several sessions will be repeated on day two in the event two of your selected sessions overlap. Click below for session abstracts and speaker information by track:
September 15
Full day includes general sessions, four breakout sessions and networking reception.
September 16
Full day includes general sessions, four break-out sessions and networking dinner.
September 17
Half day includes keynote address, lean leader panel discussion, one general session and closing keynote address.

Pre-Conference workshops are $250 each in addition to the conference fee. Early Bird discounts do not apply to these half-day sessions.
There are no prerequisites to attend this class.

To receive the negotiated rate of $179.00, please make your reservations by August 23, 2010 and mention you are with the TBM LeanSigma Global Summit.
Attendees pay hotel separately.
You will be invoiced for event fees which are due in full prior to the start of each workshop. Event fees include workshop materials, lunch and refreshments. Please see event descriptions for any prerequisite requirements prior to registration.
Any cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received within 15-21 business days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 0-14 business days of the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Substitutions are allowed at any time. Transfers to another date will only be accommodated one time.
TBM is committed to fulfilling the schedule as presented, however TBM reserves the right to cancel any courses where sufficient registration levels have not been met.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with this workshop, we will refund 100% of your fee.
